PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

There are many kinds of pressure sensors, such as resistance strain gauge pressure sensor, semiconductor strain gauge pressure sensor, piezoresistive pressure sensor, inductive pressure sensor, capacitive pressure sensor, resonant pressure sensor and capacitive acceleration sensor. The sensor is a piezoresistive pressure sensor.

PRODUCT FEATURE AND APPLICATION

This system is mainly used in oil drilling exploration and development, and it is used together with integrated logging instrument. It can completely replace wired sensors for logging construction, and make up for the shortage of installation, maintenance and construction of wired sensor acquisition system.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The hook load sensor is mounted on the hydraulic converter of the dead rope holder, that is, the hook load sensor measures the pressure of the hook by measuring the pressure of the oil path of the finger gauge, and is connected with the finger weight through the tee. The connection between the sensor and the oil circuit is achieved by a quick coupling, which must be sealed with a Teflon tape when installing the quick coupling.

PRODUCT QUALIFICATION

All sensors either are EX type or are intrinsically safe. Zone barriers are installed in the Unit. Using well-known brand products at home and abroad, the sensors of mud logging unit have the advantage of technical and performance indicators. At the same time, the service life is long.
